Billing questions
Do you take a cut of the fees we collect?
No. iSkooll records what you collect and prints the receipt; the money goes to you directly and never passes through us. There is no payment gateway inside iSkooll.
How do we pay you?
We invoice you, monthly or yearly, and you pay the ordinary way. We record and verify it by hand — there is no card or mobile-banking gateway on our side either.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes. Every yearly price in the table is ten months' worth for twelve months of service.
What happens if we cross our student band?
New admissions above the band are held rather than refused, and a capacity request reaches us automatically. Once the higher band is in place the held students become active again — nothing is deleted, and no existing student stops working.
What is the setup fee for?
The one-time work of getting you running: your classes, sections, subjects, grade scales and fee types, and bringing your existing student list in from Excel.
What if we stop paying?
Your data is still yours. Export your students, guardians, invoices, payments and attendance to Excel before you go — that path is open to you the whole time, not just at the end.
We run more than one campus. Does one subscription cover them all?
Yes — one subscription and one student count cover every campus. Plans from the 3,001-student band include 3 branches and larger bands 5; smaller plans cover a single campus, and we can add branches to any plan on request. Rolls, merit lists and printed documents are all campus-aware.
