None of it is fixed. A Qawmi madrasa renames the ladder to its own — Nurani, Nazera, Hifz, Ibtedayee — and sets the order itself, because these are records in your madrasa's own account, not a list built into the software.
Report cards that read Bangla — or Arabic — to the last line
The paper that reaches a guardian's hand is the part of the system that gets read most.
Choose the language once
Report cards, annual mark sheets, tabulation sheets and admit cards print in Bangla, English or Arabic. Set once for the whole madrasa, and whoever is printing can still switch a single sheet.
Bangla numerals
On a Bangla document the marks, GPA, roll numbers and dates come out in Bangla digits — ৪.৭৫, ৩১/০৭/২০২৬.
Bangla names for classes and subjects
Give every class and subject a Bangla name and the sheet stays Bangla to the last line, instead of a Bangla card listing English subjects.
The rest of the paperwork
ID cards for a whole class at once, admit cards, testimonials and certificates — all from the same records, so a student's name is spelled the same on every one.
The day-to-day
What a madrasa office has its hands on most.
Attendance
Take it class by class. Friday and Saturday — or whichever days your madrasa rests — are yours to set, and attendance, routine and reports skip them instead of marking everyone absent.
Fees and receipts
Set the fees, record what comes in — cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and hand over a numbered receipt. Late fines follow a rule you write once. Defaulter lists and collection reports go out to Excel.
Exams and results
Your own grade bands and GPA points, and your own pass rule — how many subjects a student may fail and still pass. Report cards, tabulation sheets and an annual consolidated result.
Guardian portal
Guardians sign in from any phone's browser and see attendance, results, fees and notices for each of their children. Nothing to install.
Prayer times and the Hijri date
Both on the dashboard, and prayer times on your public website too — for a madrasa that plans the day around them.
Your own website
A public site at your own iSkooll address — notices, results, faculty, gallery, calendar and events, each one a switch you turn on or leave off.
Real, but not switched on by default
These are not part of a standard account. Ask, and we enable them for your institution.
The masjid's own book
If the madrasa runs a masjid, its income, expenses, staff payments and monthly bills can be kept here too — separate from the madrasa's fee accounts.
Residential and day scholars
Which students board and which come from home, recorded on the admit form and on the public application form. A field we enable per institution.
Teaching and assessment
Homework diary, lesson plans, syllabus progress, a question bank and a paper builder — a separate group of modules.
What we do not claim
Where the honest answer is "not yet", that is the answer.
Does it send SMS to guardians?
Not yet. iSkooll stores a notice and publishes it to the guardian portal, but it does not send SMS. Better to say so now than sell you something that does not send.
Can guardians pay fees online?
Not yet. You record the payment — cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and iSkooll issues a numbered receipt. There is no payment gateway inside, so nobody takes a cut of what you collect.
Is there a hostel or library module?
No. Who boards can be recorded, but the hostel itself — rooms, seats, meals — is not built, and neither is a library. Better that you know before you move your records in.
Everything of ours is in Excel.
Import students from the Excel file you already have, and take any list back out to Excel whenever you want.
